Ladera Coporate Terrace
9 building, 250,000 sq. ft. master planned, mixed use development in Ladera Ranch, CA including offices, medical offices, childcare and fitness center. Due to the 2008 recession and Affordable Care Act’s impact on practitioners, the leasing market collapsed so we pivoted and repositioned the last medical building as medical condos resulting in 100% sales. Lutzky Development has provided continued Asset Management Services for this project since 2003.
