Bringing together a highly motivated team of best-in-class contributors, based on the specific needs of each project. Throughout the process, it’s my job to ensure everyone is clearly informed, working together and executing at the highest level of excellence

Design Coordination

Managing the team to ensure the fundamental design parameters are the most cost efficient, constructible, and deliverable to meet the project objectives

Budget, Scheduling and Financing

Creating realistic budgets and schedules aligning with the owner’s criteria, then getting buy in from key stakeholders and lastly making it all possible by supporting lenders and partners throughout the finance process

 

Entitlements & Permits

Navigating the complex and sometimes treacherous jurisdictional requirements to ensure all necessary approvals and permits are obtained in a timely manner

Construction Management

Overseeing every aspect of the physical construction to make sure all elements of the project are on time, on budget, conforming to the design intent and documentation, and the finished product reflects the highest quality and desired level of finish

Asset Management + Marketing

Continuing to represent the owner’s perspective through managing the day-to-day operations of the completed project. Includes oversight of property managers and brokers, as well as negotiating leases and coordinating tenant improvements
