RMV Community Facilities
10 resort-style community recreation facilities including 6 clubhouses, 7 pools, 3 fitness centers, gymnasium, hiking trails and sports fields developed for the new community of Rancho Mission Viejo in Orange County, CA. Unique project components included a community farm, outdoor fitness equipment, children’s water play areas, game arcades, bocce ball courts and studios for crafts and classes. All projects were built to be turned over to the master HOA at completion, requiring stakeholder buy-in throughout design and construction.
